Mia Parres Creates a Gorgeous Guest Bedroom
You’d think one guest bedroom in a home would be plenty, but when you’re talking about a dream Home to Win, everything needs to be bigger, better and bolder. So designer Mia Parres and contractor Brian McCourt teamed to create this second guest bedroom space in the basement, incorporating plenty of the lakeside elements featured throughout the rest of the home. The result is a relaxing, convertible space that’s perfect for all kinds of visitors so that the new homeowners can show off their lakefront property for long periods at a time.
Double Beds 1 / 11 To make this space as multifunctional as possible Mia designed the room with two beds in mind -- that way any and all guests are welcome to stay a while. The matching set is pretty and feels bright and airy, especially against the beautiful blue walls and their decorative stencils.
